MEGX Split Mono Question

Hi there. If I use mono pedals say on Send/Receive jacks 1 & 2, and then use jack 3 in split mono with a TRS Y-cable - sending on one TS signal to my amp and the other TS signal back in to jack 3, will the jack 3 mono signal continue onto the remaining jacks that I will use for switchable stereo pedals chaining to my monitor system? This would be for a dry to amp, wet to monitors setup.

I am assuming only one TS into the receive jack of a mono split signal still sends the mono signal down the line, but wanted to verify before I order a bunch of cables...
 
Hi Ron. I created a diagram and it seems like I the RJM Micro Line Mixer is the optimal option to send non-spatial effects to my amp, while letting my spatial effects pass through to left/right speakers. And there is the added bonus that I can connect other stereo line level sources to the line mixer to utilize the pedal board spatial effects. Can you take a look and let me know if the addition of the Micro Line Mixer is optimal to having non-spatial effects to a mono amp, and spatial effects to stereo studio monitors?

I believe that, unfortunately, as soon as you insert a plug into the return, in breaks the normal-connection for both of the loops making use of the split-mono feature. So whatever is connected after the loop without a return signal, will basically "see" a cable plugged into its input with nothing connected at the other end.

SEND3 connection could be mono, and depending on the Mixer's jumpers, it will be converted to stereo for (and within) the mixer. Everything else makes sense to me.
